Today we are going to learn five facts about the biggest lakes in the world. Facts number one, despite being cold to sea, the Caspian Sea is actually the largest lake on earth by both surface area and volume. It’s more than three times the size of California. The lake has a mix of both fresh and salt water, cold brackish water. Over 130 rivers flow into the Caspian Sea, the largest bean, the vulgar river.
